Fir the first time having service done at tjis dealer for my Kia Soul the waiting time was close to 4.5 hours when I was told only two hours. Besides this encounter the other previous occasions has been timely and great service overall.

Waited an hour and a half . They washed the car but did not vaccuum. They used to clean the car . Not so anymore.
