I didn't have an issues at all. I didn't wait in my car but they called me about two hours later stating that my car was ready. Everyone that I dealt with was professional and polite

The parts were ordered May 2 . I was never notified when they came in. I called in June since no one called me . They told me they would check to make sure it was there and she would call me back . She didn't so I called one week later. They apologized , they had them and set the appointment. They took care of the car but didn't check tire pressure. When I came in the tire pressure indicator was fine. When I got in to the car it showed I had low pressure in my tires, they said they didn't know why but they fixed it. Other th... read more
