Supposedly they top off all fluids , I have left several times with low antifreeze and no windshield washer fluid . Also when they check tire pressure they never tighten caps and they fall off. I’m missing 1 . Every time I go in I have to tighten them . Also they don’t vacuum car and still there hours for a oil change.

Thank you for your feedback. Antifreeze is not something that we top off as part of the complimentary services, same with vacuuming. However, the washer fluid should be addressed.
Love how friendly and efficient they were! So happy we went with this dealership and so happy with my new vehicle! 10/10 would recommend to family and friends!
