Will try someone else next time. It took almost 3 hours for a schedule oil change and to fix a recalled item.

Ronda, we agree that is an unusually high wait time. We have our team looking into what the recall was for as some are more intensive than others, but this is something you should have been notified of.
Greg was amazing since the day I just called about the quote I wanted all the way to the purchase and even way after. Always so kind, transparent and helpful. I never seen any service like that. I highly recommend going there and ask for him as you guy. He is absolutely an asset. Thank you Greg!

The service writers are not to attentive, I waited 10 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was there, later a woman , I think her name was Mia asked how I was doing, She was excellent at taking care of things, she went out of her way to check on things, she even helped my wife who is interested in buying a new Kia. Your service writers could learn from this young lady about how to treat a customer.
