Kelsey Johnson is the best service advisor I've dealt with @ Regal KIA! She was very patient and kind explaining all the recommended services and which I could postpone for budgetary reasons. I look forward to seeking her expert guidance for my future service needs. Car was serviced as promised and the courtesy shuttle is a blessing.

I was astonished at how friendly and helpful everyone was, when I arrived. I especially wanted to give kudos to my service tech, Jonathan Benitez. He was very professional and courteous and helpful during my stay. He should get an accolades from Kia for striving to be such a great employee
