When I got my car back there was a clip broken under it that made a terrible noise. I had to take it back. When I got home I notice a piece of the door facing is hanging loose. And the handle that releases my hood was lying in the floor by the gas pedal. I am not impressed with the mechanic who serviced my car.

Service dept is top notch. Nice clean waiting room and showroom. Don’t get too comfortable in the service dept because your car will be out before you know it. Service advisor Jorge Benitez is the best! Looking to buy a 2023 Kia Seltos for my son. Put Greg Schmidt on the case and within a week he had the exact car we wanted. Done this for me multiple times. Came in made the deal and son came up from Miami to sign the papers. Told Greg to make it quick and easy and it was. Everyone left happy. Thanks again Greg.
