This is the third survey I have completed since my service was done. So I don’t know if the others are not being read or what. Basically, the service I went in for was not completed, nor was I given any explanation. The expensive oil change I had was supposed to include vacuuming out the car, which was not done. And the drink that I had in my front cupholder was turned upside down on the back seat floor. The main reason for this service appointment was to have the floor vents fixed. However they still do not blow out hardly ... read more

Absolutely terrible customer service. It has now been 45 days since purchasing my vehicle and still do not have a title or any sort of registration for this vehicle. After calling several times over several weeks we finally got some sort of information from the tags and registration department. I was originally working with Pete who seemed to have no idea what was going on from the beginning of the process as we wanted to get my vehicle registered in South Dakota. The staff was courteous and friendly. The waiting area is comfortable and the snacks and wifi makes your wait seem not so long. Shawn Wren was in charge of my service needs and he kept me informed every step of the way. I really appreciated his help.
