Everyone was friendly. Alex saw me standing at the counter and came out of his office to greet me .I was early for my appointment and they were able to service my car right away . The dealership was very clean. They offered snacks and drinks. And was very pleased with everything.

Absolutely terrible customer service. It has now been 45 days since purchasing my vehicle and still do not have a title or any sort of registration for this vehicle. After calling several times over several weeks we finally got some sort of information from the tags and registration department. I was originally working with Pete who seemed to have no idea what was going on from the beginning of the process as we wanted to get my vehicle registered in South Dakota.
