Quick customer service was prompt receive on service drive. Service was great and prompt with new radiator change car delivered and car working great and I’m very please with the technician who work on my car.
Jeremy was on the ball the entire time my car was in for service. He was friendly and knowledgeable. He let me know what maintenance they recommended be done, but never made me feel pressured to get those services done. When I was having difficulty getting into the rental, he called the company and spoke to a manager for me. I really feel like he went above and beyond and I will be using Regal Kia's service department again.
