3 hours for an oil change is not a recipe for a good visit. That's also not going to lead to a great overall rating . The staff was doing the best they could with the hand they were dealt.

They replaced the wrong tire on my car twice! The first time that it happened, I waited for 3 hours....as soon as I told them that it was the wrong one, it only took about 20 minutes for them to change it 🤷♀️
