I was always pleased with Regal Kia Lakeland up until a recent opportunity with the Body Shop. My vehicle was there for right at 2 months. I made all the contacts to find out the status of my vehicle. I was left with no vehicle due to no rental car coverage and I felt at the very least, someone could have kept in contact with me. There was times when I had to communicate that certain steps of the insurance inspection process was completed where days were spent with my vehicle just sitting. Not the perfect experience this time. Dropped off my van at 8 for tires and maintenance. Let them know I had trouble with starting it that morning and I knew the positive cable was loose. I started it for them and it dragged while trying to start. Pick it up around 1 and it seemed fine get up the next morning, it wouldn't start, had to play with the cable. Took it to the auto parts store and find out the battery is bad. Tuesday morning I turned on the defroster and it made such an awful noise I had to turn it off. Called ser... read more

OM GOSH! Regal KIA has the best employees! they really treated me so well and they are so sweet. I had a flat tire. I had forgotten that it was covered in my plan. i thought I was fixing to pay a couple of hundred for a new tire!! but NO! I got the tire for free and installed for free! they could have lied to get my money, but the Regal team is honest! they are wonderful!
