The Kia Sorento was brought in so I could find out was is wrong with it so I can get it fixed and I was told nothing about anything, I paid and still was told nothing, I called back and talked to Jeremy and asked if he could tell me what was wrong and he told me what could possibly be wrong and said that I could bring it back in but would have to pay again, that is not right since I was not told anything to begin with

Looking at the repair order history several things were recommended by the Service Advisor like the oxygen sensor, which was declined, and an alignment was recommended and declined. I will email you another copy of the repair order and a copy of the recommended services that was provided to you at the time of service for your records.
