Based on the issue we were having with our vehicle, I asked to speak with the General Manager. I spoke with “someone” in the Service Department instead. If I wanted to speak with someone other than the GM, I would have requested that. I was then told that the District Manager does not take phone calls. Well, directly from KIA USA, the district manager was the only person who had the authority to make a decision regarding our vehicle.
