ALL dealerships should do what this dealership is doing. I have been to my share of car dealerships, in many states, and this one was by far the best. Facility, employees, presentation, selection, price, everything was perfect. Every single person in that place acted HAPPY to see me come in as a customer and treaded me with total respect. Great Job!!
Robert was extremely helpful. I came with my wife and Robert spent time making sure we found exactly the right car. He also arranged financing so we were able to drive home that day with our new vehicle. I am not the most patient person in the world, so I really appreciated that Robert made sure it didn't take any longer than necessary. I recommend Regal and Robert highly.

I went with the mindframe of finding something I could afford that I liked. When I got to the dealership I was greated with a smile and a handshake. Chico worked to find me what I wanted, a Kia Soul, for a price I could afford. He said "I don't want you to look outside at your awesome car and look in your empty fridge." It really made me feel like he cared if I could afford it and would be happy, not just about his sale.
