We were greeted right away by John, he asked us what we wanted and jumped right into the Kia Soul. He was very friendly and helpful with explaining everything that has to go along with buying a new car for the first time. No hidden fees, market upgrades or unreasonable dealer fees, unlike all the other Kia dealers gave us. We spoke to the store leader which made it in our price range with the loan and monthly fees and we were off to meet Al in finance. He was great! I was lied to from the moment I arrived at the dealership until I left with my truck. I told them how much I could spend, and after setting the deal I came back the next day with the amount agreed upon, in cash, and they thru a paper on the desk that was $400 more. Having to write a check, I paid $200 more than was agreed upon. They said they would deliver the truck to me the next morning, and after calling them several times I found someone to take me to pick it up late in the afternoon. I came to trade in my car to this dealer because they send me an e-mail that they would give me 25% over than regular trade in value for my car. They lied!!!! They did not even check a regular value and gave low low price - lower than everybody else for about 5 K!!! do not trust them. They lie and are rude to customers. It was 11/23/11 around 5 - 6 p.m.
