We arrived at the Regal Kia dealership after being treated horribly at another local Kia dealer. Our salesperson, Stanley (Stan), understood our buying situation and eased our concerns over the negative experience we had with the other local dealer. Robert was extremely helpful. I came with my wife and Robert spent time making sure we found exactly the right car. He also arranged financing so we were able to drive home that day with our new vehicle. I am not the most patient person in the world, so I really appreciated that Robert made sure it didn't take any longer than necessary. I recommend Regal and Robert highly.
ALL dealerships should do what this dealership is doing. I have been to my share of car dealerships, in many states, and this one was by far the best. Facility, employees, presentation, selection, price, everything was perfect. Every single person in that place acted HAPPY to see me come in as a customer and treaded me with total respect. Great Job!!
