Poor dealer sales policies My purchase of a KIA Forte started as a referral from COSTCO. Initially, the model I wanted to purchase seemed to be going well. However, my wife wanted a white version. The white model was more expensive due to additional options - which was OK. The purchase went downhill because of dealer added costs of $2,899.00: A lifetime power train warranty which started after the car was 10 years old (and required inspections as the car aged), service loaners, pin stripe, lifetime nitrogen tire fill, 24 hou... read more

Went for oil change, left with a new car I took my Kia Soul in for a routine oil change. While I was waiting, I decided to go look around at the new cars, who can resist looking? So, I found a pretty new Soul. Fadhil came out and asked me if I had been helped and from there it was an exciting experience. Fadhil worked hard to get me into the new Kia that worked with my budget. Lakeland Kia always takes care of my Kia. Please give them a try.

Went for oil change, left with a new car I took my Kia Soul in for a routine oil change. While I was waiting, I decided to go look around at the new cars, who can resist looking? So, I found a pretty new Soul. Fadhil came out and asked me if I had been helped and from there it was an exciting experience. Fadhil worked hard to get me into the new Kia that worked with my budget. Lakeland Kia always takes care of my Kia. Please give them a try.

Mike Harp Upon arriving at the dealership we were greeted with a nice guy with a pleasant smile. Mike Harp made or experience one to remember and made sure we walked out the door with the price we originally said at the very beginning. He worked hard to make that happen and was a great guy!
