First new vehicle...GREAT EXPERIENCE! I had a terrific experience at Regal Chevy. Rick and Kristen treated my brother and I great, I really appreciate their willingness to make things right and get me a good deal for my first vehicle. I live pretty far to be a regular customer at Regal, but if I'm ever in Lakeland I will be sure to stop by. I appreciate their team making it worth it for me to drive up to get the truck I wanted!

Love this place! This is the second vehicle we have purchased from Lakeland Regal Kia and we truly appreciate the customer service, the concern to make sure my vehicle is safe, (as I Drive for a living,) and their integrity. I always receive service with a smile, they do their best to keep the facility clean and they even provide free snacks! The service department is beyond phenomenal and I genuinely can't say enough about each of them. Jeff, Jason and Glen are Da Bomb!
