Kindness From Kia I can not thank Kia enough for all it has done for me. I want to thank Mario M for everything, he was my service adviser and he repaired an issue for me on my car that was covered by warranty. Not only did he repair it, but he also fixed another issue for me on my car and for that I wish I could show him how grateful I am for him. If the person reading this, pays his salary, you need to give him a raise, you need to keep this guy around, he is a asset to your company and he is great for business.

Service dept was overall a great experience. They service was top notch, and very quick and professional. The fact that I dropped it off and went back to work this worked out very well.
Inefficient and incommunicative This has to be the absolute worse service department. They have absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. The dealership should be firing their service people in front due to lack of customer care

Excellent Service The service center is very professional and does an excellent job. I really enjoy like the fact that they vacuum/wash the car when done.
Takes too long for an oll change. I took my Telluride in for the 1st oil change & it took almost 2 hours. I asked if they checked for any recalls and they said there were no open recalls on it. Got home & there was a letter in the mailbox from Kia for a recall regarding the seatbelts.
