Great Customer Service I’ve purchased several vehicles from Regal Kia & Regal Acura. It’s always a very pleasant experience. Most recently we leased a Kia from Regal Kia. There was a minor problem in the leasing process that was quickly resolved to my 100% satisfaction. Regal is very focused on complete customer satisfaction and do a great job.

Extremely Long Times Went there to trade in two cars, had no problem looking and test driving, but when it came to purhcasing I sat there for over and hour waiting for them to start the papaerwork. When I brought this to the manager's attention, the only person that apologized was the finance person who only had our paperwork for ten minutes before we left after 2 hours of waiting.

Unfortunately, sometimes when we are dealing with lower credit, negative equity or other challenging situations, it takes us longer that normal to get an approval from the bank. Our computer shows you were here for an hour before you left, we apologize for the abnormal wait time. Thank you
