Kindness From Kia I can not thank Kia enough for all it has done for me. I want to thank Mario M for everything, he was my service adviser and he repaired an issue for me on my car that was covered by warranty. Not only did he repair it, but he also fixed another issue for me on my car and for that I wish I could show him how grateful I am for him. If the person reading this, pays his salary, you need to give him a raise, you need to keep this guy around, he is a asset to your company and he is great for business.

Extremely Long Times Went there to trade in two cars, had no problem looking and test driving, but when it came to purhcasing I sat there for over and hour waiting for them to start the papaerwork. When I brought this to the manager's attention, the only person that apologized was the finance person who only had our paperwork for ten minutes before we left after 2 hours of waiting. 

Business response:

Unfortunately, sometimes when we are dealing with lower credit, negative equity or other challenging situations, it takes us longer that normal to get an approval from the bank. Our computer shows you were here for an hour before you left, we apologize for the abnormal wait time. Thank you

Inefficient and incommunicative This has to be the absolute worse service department. They have absolutely no customer service skills what so ever. The dealership should be firing their service people in front due to lack of customer care
