Service experience Vehicle in for oil change. Detail job was great. Usually unhappy with cleaning detail. I bought the Eco package thinking it would be better but have really been disappointed . Yesterday I was satisfied. Thanks to the crew who worked on it. Kelsey also got with manager Jeff on my previous trip in and straightened out warranties that were wrong in the system. Hope to keep her as my advisor.

Engine oil bath I went in to get a simple oil change and tire rotation it was done in a timely manner and I thought wow ok this went very smoothly. When I got home I opened the hood to double check things like I always do. I was completely shocked to find oil splattered all over the engine. I removed the engine cover only to find puddles of oil all in the valve cover and around the ignition coils I can not understand why this happened and why it was t cleaned up. If the technician can not even do a simple oil change right th... read more
