Box is awesome I went into Kia wanting to lower my monthly car payment and get better gas mileage. Box was up front with me and directed me to which cars would give me everything i am asking for. He kept me focused on what was realistic to meet my demands and i left HAPPY with my beautiful 2019 Kia Optima. Thank you Box!

Low tire light Called KIA and they said to bring it in. Right front tire had a nail in it. They repaired tire and sent me on my way. They noticed on their computer that I had a road hazard guarantee so the repairs did not cost me.
