Dropped my car off the staff was very friendly and professional My car was ready 45 minutes before promised The facility is very clean and they have refreshments available while you wait on your vehicle.
Friendly and attentive My first oil change at regal Kia involved also changing my windshield wipers and the cleaning of my car. Everyone was nice on such a busy day.

Good Service I had a problem with my vehicle not wanting to start. Didn't know if it was an electrical issue battery starter, etc, and of course we all depend on our cars to get us there and start when we need it. I got it in to Regal Kia after I, finally, got it to somehow start and I cancelled the tow I had ordered. They got my car checked in at the service desk and after I explained the issue, they got my car back to be checked over within a few minutes and checked the electrical system and diagnosed the problem quickly a... read more
