Set up appointment to do paperwork and they sold it one hour before my appointment. After they called me begging me to buy it. It's almost like they promised me too much so they were afraid to try and deliver what they promised.

The person whom I talked was so informative and patient. I liked the way he explained me about the price and the process.
Semi reasonable, but in any case for a vehicle price to be shown and then the reality without financing to be jacked up at a minimum $1500, one-third of which is 'dealer fee' is just ridiculous money from your pocket to theirs for no other reason. Better to purchase from private seller.

Dealer was prompt and helpful, but I decided to go new instead of used and a different car.
