Terrible. 2 sales people called. I explained to the 2nd rep, i already had a call. She assured me they have 2 locations in lakewood, 2 different equus. I sent text i was on my way (130pm), a 2 hour drive. When i got there, 330pm, iwas told there was one equus and it was sold.at 230pm. She said she,called. Left no message. Really??? I couldnt get them off me in the morn. Calls, texts...i told them my drive was 2 hours. U would think someone would have taken 1 minute to contact me once they discovered it was one car and sold.
They lured me down there (3 hour drive) with the promise that my payment would be what I wanted. When I got there, they tried to charge me almost $200 more a month. They finally came back with it at $20 more a month than they initially promised so I went with it. They were nice and the lot is clean but typical used car lot shenanigans.
I found the car on line and went to see it in person. The Odyssey was as described. I drove the van and it was great. We sat down with the salesman and purchased the Odyssey.
Cody is very nice salesmen and done a excellent job and gave me very nice deal on Acura Rdx which no one in Florida was able to beat the price
Poor advertising. Misleading ad says $24,991 when after "Dealer Prep" another $1998 plus two other dealer fees. After all that tax, tags etc came to over $31K Figure that out. Poor way of doing business.
