Prompt reply to my inquiry, and they provided answers to all my questions. We have decided to delay a purchase until after tax time.
Good price. Think they should have an actual picture of vehicle rather than a standard book picture. Minor problems and taking to local dealer to repair like horn and security locking doors. So far so good.

Contacted this dealer via email about a car listed. They somehow got my wife's cell number and started calling her. They did let me know they had the car but did not respond to my request for more than the one picture listed. I told them I would come by to look at it, they told me that would be great. I got there and the car had been moved off their lot the day before because of an issue they didn't want to fix. Wasted trip.

The salesman we dealt with (Johann) was very nice, down to earth, and helpful. However, the finance guy (John) was a nightmare to deal with. Total used car salesman, condescending, technology illiterate and an overall jerk. We walked out of the dealership only to have them call us back the next day. A week later we called and spoke with a female manager (Jennifer) who was extremely nice and helpful.
