Wanda, Clay and Paul were pleasant and easy to work with and we quickly negotiated the price and trade value and then efficiently completed the paperwork required for purchase of a 2018 GMC Terrain Denali, with extended warranty. The trip from Tampa to Lakeland was well worth our time and we won't hesitate to make that trip again for other vehicle needs.

Advertised the car that they never had for sale. It was on its way to the auction. So why advertise something you dont have? Sounds like a scam. Not salesperson fault.. it was management for not verifying what their inventory actually is.

Brittany was really helpful and I wish I would have found a used car from Regal Honda but I didn't see any vehicle besides the Mazda 5. I notified her that when I'm looking for a new 7 passenger vehicle next year I will stop by and test drive the new Pilot.
