Appreciated the warm welcome and being on time for my appointment. The X-rays and cleaning by Autumn was thorough and well done. Dr Edwards is very personable, obviously a pro in diagnosing and prescribing his recommendation going forward. He also game me some driving directions to head back to work that saved me valuable time. An overall positive experience!

Super friendly and knowledgeable. Dr. Torti gave me all of my options and let me make the decision. I always have a great experience when I am in their office.

Upon my first appointment with Dr. Edwards and his hygienist Kim, I knew I'd made the right choice. After all, it's the hygienist that you spend the most time with. Meeting Dr. Edwards only confirmed the friendly, 'A'-team professionalism that Kim and his office staff readily reflected. My wife has since followed me over from our previous dentist...and she agrees.

My wife and I recently moved from the Seattle area to Franklin. We had a wonderful dentist that we had been seeing for 20 some yrs. We were referred to your office by our Son, so we signed up for cleaning. We were greeted warmly by Lisa and before I hit the chair, I already felt comfortable with our decision to use you guys. Lisa took the time to get to know both my wife and I, she was very friendly, and great conversationalist. But, I was there for teeth cleaning, and she was awesome in that area also. For the first time I ... read more

Dr. Edward's office and staff is WONDERFUL! My husband and I have been going here for years. Neither of us were very excited about experiences we've had with other dentists in the past, but this office always goes above and beyond! We're greeted by our names by the cheerful front desk staff; we always use Kim as our hygienist, she's so sweet and down to earth; both Drs. Torti and Edwards are considerate, extremely knowledgeable, and personalize your experience to help you be confident with your smile. I'll can't imagine goin... read more

My first experience in this dental office was great! Everyone was so friendly, from the moment I entered the door to the moment I left. The cleaning was thorough and gentle, and Lisa was very easy to talk to and express my concerns about my teeth. Dr. Edwards was extremely nice, did a check of my problem tooth and cursory view of all the teeth. He was concerned about my roaring sinus infection and was able to prescribe an antibiotic to help me get it under control. I have some phobia of dental procedures, and Dr. Edwards and... read more

If you have to go the dentist this is the place to go. They are very professional and have all of the latest equipment. And did I mention that you can listen to music or watch your favorite TV show while they work on your teeth.

I am always nervous when I step into the Dentist office. This was my first visit here in Tennessee since moving from Ca. last year. I have never met so many nice people in one place. There is such a positive feeling when you walk in and I was greeted at 8am with so many warm smiles. I am so happy we found this paradise and I am actually looking forward to going back to finish up my work that needs to be done. Thank you all for taking care of this big CHICKEN!

I have been a patient of Dr. Edward's for about 5 years now. I have always liked their service and professionalism, but they have upped their game with their new hygienist Kim. She was knowledgeable, cleaned my teeth better than I have EVER had them cleaned, and was both insightful and offered options without being pushy or "salesy". You guys hired a GREAT person...keep her! Thanks and see you soon.
