I can’t say enough great things about Joel! He comes as soon as I place a new work order and he fixes the problems we have in or unit in very little time. Also, if he can't fix something, he would change whatever equipment is broken right away and leave me with a brand new equipment. And this has happened many times, from microwave to fridge to AC. He pays so much attention to details, too! He is professional and trustworthy. highly, highly recommend!

Excelente atención los del equipo de mantenimiento y limpieza del edificio. más que agradecida con su atención.
