I have had nothing but the run around from the providers at RAMC..I go for a specific reason and am totally ignored and sent on my way with nothing to show.time to move to a more reputable Health system..good luck.
I have had nothing but good experiences here, and I've lived here for almost 30 years. From the birth of my child, to me having strept multiple times a year as a kid, to bringing my own children in, and my lung collapsing. They have always been kind, professional, and answer my plethora of questions.
I went to walk in care with a swollen leg, never imagining it would turn out to be a very extensive blood clot. So I am lucky and grateful that they caught that. However, the ER was AWFUL. There is no sink in the bathroom. They let me lie on a completely uncomfortable gurney with a bad pillow for hours and just disappeared before finally moving me to a recliner for better support for my arthritic neck and even though I complained and was promised to be moved way earlier in the night. My mom was in hospital 3 days and they never even Xrayed her foot and this is what it looks like as I sit in walk in clinic in a different town!
Great care, easy to get into (shorter time to wait for procedures) vs. a larger health system, and all around good folks.
