I went there but sales personnel failed to call when call became available, never heard again from them.
Very good deal and very nice professional staff and quite personable.
Inquired about a vehicle, questions were never answered. Within hours of my inquiry, the price on the car was raised by $3,900 and a number of pictures were taken down.
We saw this car and it was missing some of the features listed on the site. Also the price on the car at the lot was about $3000 more than listed on the site. People at the dealership were very nice but disappointed in the cleanliness and missing features of the car
I sent a request for information through car gurus. The dealer contacted me right away. We set up a time that I would be there in the afternoon to test drive the car. I called to confirm on my way there and they couldn't give me a straight answer about the car being ready. When I arrived the salesman didn't know anything about the car I had inquired about or the fact that I was coming to test drive it. My sales guy was great and I did buy the car so far so good. The car was priced at the lower end of book value so I had to buy it
Sadly, I am not very happy with Reedman. We looked at the car and called the next day to confirm it was still there since we decided to get it. Our daughter got sick and ended up in the ER so we called and asked if they could hold it on our credit card and we would be there the next day but couldn't make it that night since we had to head to the hospital. We were told they would not hold it for us, not even on a credit card. I feel like they didn't really care if we got the car or not.
Replied within an hour set up a time to come in that day and pirchased the car the next day
