Excellent customer service
Absolutely useless. I clicked “contact dealer”, there is the option to “add comments”, so I added a message with a question to the dealer, and the question wasn’t even attempted to be answered by the dealer. They answered how they wanted to answer, not at all responding to my question. They told me how many vehicles they have and asked when would I would like to stop by. Again never answering or even referencing the question. Waste of my time.
I was contacted promptly and I set up an appointment for 9am Saturday. I went in and filled out he credit app. The finance manager came out and said all we need was a cosigner. I said sure my wife can cosign. I had to have my wife email some info over, and the salesman said he work on it as soon as he got the email since I had other appointments that afternoon but I told the salesman I would be able to come back after 2pm. I never heard anything from him, so I called him a few times both on his office and cell phone. I left ... read more
It was just ok.. I drove over an hour to get there, I test drove the jeep, I really liked it and made a very reasonable offer. Unfortunately that offer was declined and I also was unable to receive my Toll Brothers employee discount. I then drove over an hour back home. Due to the distance and the four hours of time that it took from start to finish for no deal, I won’t be returning.
I spoke with the dealer early on Friday morning and they told me the car was available. I asked them to give me a call if the car becomes unavailable throughout the day as I would have an hour and a half drive to get to the dealership after work. By the time I got to the dealership later in the afternoon on Friday, the car had already been sold. I appreciated the honesty at the dealership saying the car was sold, but a phone call saying the car is no longer available would have saved me a 3 hour (round trip) car ride.
STAY AWAY IF YOU DONT WANTO BE LIED TO AND WASTE YOUR TIME Worst experience I had so far going to the dealer and I had some pretty horrible ones. REEDMAN TOLL AUTO WORLD of LANGHORNE PA is a scam. I called/emailed to make sure a truck I wanted was available for sale. It was, at price I wanted. When I came to the dealer after we test drove and started filling out the paperwork They said it was a typo on the computer. The vehicles price was not $30, 996 but $39, 996.
