They told.me.come right down I was aproved.. went all the way there n they made me waite only to say they couldn't help me... twice!
They responded to my first inquiry then stopped corresponding during the corona virus. They then raised the price by a thousand dollars and ignored all my emails and sold it immediately after the dealerships opened up. I have bought vehicles from them for me and my family for well over 30 years. This will end that relationship.
I am a woman and I feel they played games with me and were very insulting and did not take me or my offer seriously I told them after extensive research and shopping around what I wanted to pay. They came back after several hours with a joke of a offer. I bought same care with 5000 more miles for 1200 dollars cheaper.
Great communication, helpful and I received a great deal.

Internet Salesman was less than honest, he called three times stating I missed my appointment However I never scheduled anything since it was my wife's car and I needed to check her availability. He started off this way, i can only imagine what it would be like in person.
It was the 2 nd used car we bought there both times the dealer failed to provide a second key. Poor customer service. Even after I was contacted by customer service to rate my experience and told them of the key issue they did nothing to address the issue. I won't be going back there.

I'll highly recommend him and Reedman Toll just because of this fantastic service.
