Best Dentist Experience. I'm extremely impressed with the quality of service here and the friendliness of Dr. Nguyen and all her staff. There is no waiting, no billing hassles and just very friendly and helpful treatment of myself and my family. They have gone out of their way to manage my little son (since he was 3 months old) while I undergo procedures-talk about free child care :). Also, they are very good with kid dental care-my son had a cleaning here and he wasn't scared because he has been seeing there friendly faces.
What makes me keeping coming back is the Doc's ability to consult without ever feeling pushy. She thoroughly explains what she's seeing and the timeline in which it should be taken care of. So I never end up feeling like I have to do a checklist of services every time I go in but I have a solid plan and I know it'll get taken care of. Plus I've never had to go back in to "fix" anything done. I was really impressed with the preventive care recommendations.
Very friendly staff and excellent technical skills. I always felt they knew what they were doing and recommended options that made sense (ie no false recommendations just to make $$) Highly would recommend to others.
