The doctor is incredible and so too are her staff members. They explain things in-depth, follow up with your questions and phone calls, and do a great job explaining how it works. The quality of dental care is incredible and personality of team is even better!
I felt extremely uncomfortable. Many of the procedures were being done in a way/place where none of my personal information was private or secure. Anyone walking by could see just about everything about me. The equipment was old, worn and unprofessional. I did not like being "upsold" on services, or the causality with which the recommendations were made. Treatments were recommended without any further inquiry or inspection and the rationale was unproven or inconsistent with common DDS practice. I would not return here.
Seriously, best Dental office ever !
They went through my entire situation in one visit and gave me a plan to handle all of my concerns. I never had that upfront assessment before. It was refreshing. They answered my questions before I callus voice them. Very professional.
