They were friendly, on time & quick to get my screens made & others repaired. I would recommend this company & will use again if necessary.
The company did not schedule 2 men for what really should have been a 2 man job. Luckily I was able to assist. Both from a physical requirement and safety aspect, 1 man was really not sufficient.
Project start was delayed because of parts on order. Had to follow up myself on status of required parts - seemed like they dropped the ball on follow-up with the supplier. Once that was straightened out work was done expeditiously and well.
Responded with a call within an hour of listing the project. Scheduled a visit/estimate for 2 days later. Was able to complete job in first visit. Very professional. Will use again.
They were quick to respond, quick to schedule, and quick install. Very professional, and great customer service!! Will need to have more windows replaced and will be using them again!
I had RedLine Windows replace a broken double-pane window. The office staff were prompt and courteous. The installer, Terry, was always on time, professional and knowledgeable. Very pleased and I would recommend their services.
