On time, professional, solved my problem with reasonable cost
Update Tech came out and resolved all issues. Tech removed window then left for an hour to go down the road to pick up parts he broke. Didn't have top and bottom beads in shop nor on another truck. In addition bent outside bead where water will collect. Company called back stating will cost another $130. $70 for beads and $65 service call!! Wth? For parts you broke and should've fixed the first time? How about I charge you $70 for leaving my air conditioner run for an hour going out the window opening? Seriously how unprofes... read more
From my phoning RedLine for a quote, through measurements and installing, everything went quite smoothly. All the CSRs that I spoke to on the phone, to the Installer were great people. Professional, but friendly. RedLine gave me a range of $210.00 to $240.00 to replace a double-pane window in my Tower Dormers, which was from 12.5% to 45% lower than a single quote from the other places that I called. Thanks, guys!
