The gentleman that installed the window was very helpful and prompt.
This company was very quick to get my windows done they sat down and gave me there recommendations and got my measurements in very quickly. On install they were very quick and were sure that I approved of the windows before leaving. I will be using them again to have the other windows in my home replaced.
They were very easy do deal with and were quick to communicate updates to me, since I am in Canada and needed them to fix a patio door on a property in Arizona...that was important. I found that it was an expensive fix, comparing to prices I am used to here. But those are the prices and they are competitive.
Very professional and knowledgeable
They got the job done adequately, but had to come out twice to measure. Then had to wait for the window to come in, then wait again for an installation date. Overall, took about 3 weeks from start to finish just for one little window.
Had them replace a large Arcadia door and 2 windows. Did an excellent job

They were here for fifteen minutes and charged their minimum charge. Seemed fair
