Their final amount charged was exactly as their estimate. They were on time as promised and installation was quick. The installation crew was friendly and professional. However, don't expect anything other than exactly what is to be done for glass replacement. There was no extra effort to offer a "tune up" on the roller wheels or a replacement of them (at time of estimate or during repair/replacement), even though the door was now off.
