They responded very quickly to my request. Got the estimate done and the install done fairly quickly. I had to adjust my appointment and they were great at setting a new date. Great company and great people that work for them.
Fast, efficient, clean and professional
Paid them to repair several windows in a house we were selling. The repairs cost hundreds of dollars. The repairs were completed in 15 minutes, which would be amazing if the job was done well, but it was not. The window spring replacement was done terribly and the other windows do not open much better. Luckily, it's not our house or our problem anymore.
My patio door works great now. The rollers were replaced. I liked that the worker was on time.
Rep was quick and courteous. Prices was reasonable . I would use the company again.
I had to stay on top of them in order to get the work completed. They were supposed to measure another window on their return installation date for the first window but they didn't follow through.
I was informed that the technician (Joe) would arrive between 10 am - 1 pm and the arrival time was actually prior to 10 am. The installation took less than 20 minutes. I would recommend conducting business with RedLine.
It took a few days to get the glass in which surprised us since we expected to have the window repaired the first day they came out. The installer was quick and efficient and the window looks great. The quality of the glass is better than what we originally had.
