They fixed my window problem very well.
Seemed to know the job as he said he has done it before. Had the supplies he needed and was done and gone in less than half an hour. Will test the windows the next time it rains.
I was excited about this company at first. I felt like they were exactly who I was looking for. When appt was scheduled; I was given such a huge gap, between 10am-4pm. No big deal, I thought. I need this fixed anyway. I drove two hours away this is my second home I wanted to make sure I made the appt. I even had my son skip school. These guys were fast, and very accommodating to my busy schedule. Everyone I dealt with was very nice and extremely professional! I would definitely call them again if I needed window replacement/repair!
It took too long to have this door repaired. Almost 2weeks
Service rep spent 15 minutes to fix a window that shifted, he needed to add new weather stripping which was done quickly but a charge of $380 is extremely high
