Nick, our inspector did a phenomenal job. He identified issues in our future home which could have caused significant problems later. There where unseen nails in the roof, grading issues and appliance issues. Our home Is brand new. An independent inspection identified the issues which would have more been apparent in older homes, saving us money and headaches later! These guys were great. Very thorough and efficient. Completed the work in a timely fashion and gave a review of the report before they left. I had a copy available and in my email shortly after they left. I would use again and highly recommend.
