We called this morning with what we thought was a quick fix on a faulty toilet ring. The problem ended up being a more in-depth problem with a leaky shower pipe. Chris G. diagnosed the problem very quickly. He was very patient with all of our questions. Chris G. had an answer to all of our worries. Called Reddi for a plumbing issue I thought I could fix but it turned out to be more than I could handle. Gerald S. showed up within a couple hours and gave me a fair estimate. I was able to get the plumbing fixtures myself that kept the cost down. He came back the next day and installed everything for me. He was polite and cleaned up after himself. I would definitely call Reddi Services for my next plumbing issue and ask for Gerald S.
Pepe came to my home - he was early, listened attentively. He told me what he the job would entail. He worked extremely quickly, cleaning as he went. He went over everything with me in detail when he was done to make sure I understood. He was kind, professional and beyond knowledgeable. I highly recommend Reddi Services and especially Pepe!
