RecommendedGerald S came to my rental home as I had a leaking toilet that I couldn't stop. My landlord wanted me to wait until Saturday but it was Wednesday and I needed relief. He was recommended by a friend and I requested Gerald specifically. He arrived quickly, fixed the toilet in less than an hour and was funny and helpful. I felt like I had a family member helping me out. Ask for Gerald S if you call for plumbing help in Arizona!
Just had service technician Brent come out and unclogged my shower. He was very excellent, helpful and honest about what needed to be done. He provided great customer service , had honest prices and did not try to sell anything I didn't need. I will be sure to call Reddi Services in the future for all my plumbing needs. Thank you again Brent you were awesome.
Outstanding service call and very professional. Chris G. told me what I needed to worry about and what I didn't need to worry about...In other words, honest! He walked me thru everything he was inspecting and what was good or bad. Turns out my HVAC was running near perfect. I am one of those people that latch on to "the good ones" and will never go to anyone else. Great company, great technicians!

I called Reddi Services at 10 minutes til 5 pm on a Sunday over the Labor Day holiday (yesterday to be exact) to help with my clogged kitchen drain. They answered the phone quickly and sent out Pepe within the half hour they had promised. Pepe helped me to locate a cleanout for the kitchen drain that had been drywalled in about 15 years ago. We have had Pepe out multiple times. He's replaced our water heater, fixed a tough kitchen sink issue and made toilet and tub repairs in the hall bath. Always professional and works with a smile on his face! I won't use anyone else!

We can't thank Chris G enough for his fast and professional services. Our AC went out on 5pm on a Friday and Chris was at our house shortly after. We were so worried about this due to having a newborn in the house, but Chris promptly found the issue and repaired it. He walked us through each step of the way. Thank you again Chris G!

Brent S came to my home for a plugged drain. He shook my hand when he entered my home instantly making me feel comfortable. He took the time to explain everything that need to be done and why. As a woman I was impressed usually repairman ignore me until the bill needs paid, not Brent !! He was open to my questions and never made me feel like I was bothering.
