Marco came promptly and took care of the "emergency" leak in our attic. He was professional and very cooperative, neat and efficient. He graciously even answered some questions I had about things which I will need to take care of after the Holidays...looking at some c faucets that will need to be replaced and giving good consultation. This was our first time to have Marco and we would gladly asked for him in the future.
This is the second time I've had to use Reddi Services, and once again, it's one of the best companies I've needed to use. I had a leaking seal in a toilet attached to the wall, and Pepe Munoz was the plumber they sent. He explained everything so well that I (not even CLOSE to having a plumber's brain) understood what was going on and what he needed to do. Awesome company with even more awesome employees - I highly recommend them!

Our service technician was prompt, courteous, professional and helpful. Brandon Bates explained all of our options, provided some guidance and advice and performed the work quickly and efficiently. He also asked if he could wear covers on his shoes to prevent tracking debris on to our carpet as soon as I met him at the door - this made my spouse EXTREMELY happy! Gerald was a consummate professional and we really enjoyed his dry sense of humor. I don't know about you, but I typically don't call a plumbing professional because I'm already having a great day! Shout out to Benjamin A. I had a clog in the pipe on November 1, 2019. He came a unclog it. He knew what his was doing and he was fast and efficient. Very kind gentlemen. I will differently use Reddi again.
Ben A. solved our problem with a leaking washer. He cleaned out the hose line from the washer to the house; cleaned out the drain control at the bottom of the house wall; and, tested to see if all was OK by filling the washer and then draining. No leaks!!! We have done 2 wash loads since, and all is well! Professional and knowledgable, and friendly! Thanks, Ben!
My toilet was clogged, and backing up into the bathtub (gross). My regular plumber spent several hours working in the clog, then recommended I call REDDI, they sent Bryant out, and he got the clog taken care of within 45 minutes. Super polite and very knowledgable.
