Terrible, this company is a rip off, overcharged me for a spring in my garage door opener. My original spring that they replaced in 10 minutes was two pieces and they replaced it with one they had on their truck. Overcharged me $350 for it!

First time they came out the tech was here for 30 minutes and I get charged for an hour cause didn’t have the right part. Then says that I won’t get charged for the part and did. Then comes out the second time and was here for ten minutes and get charged for 30 minutes. Kinda crazy that I got charged for an hour and a half and only did 20 minutes of work to get what I wanted
I arranged a service call for my garage door opener. I asked up front what the service fee would be and was told "nothing" and the tech would tell me how much the repair would cost. I think $95 is way to much to just push a "reprogram button". I wiil use this company again, nor would I recommend it.
I have used Overhead door on a few occasions and would highly recommend them. They provide excellent customer service, arrive on time and clean up after themselves. I had to use them one evening after hours and Zach was our technician and he arrived at the time he told us he would. I had additional work done today and Zach and Joe both worked together to get the job done. Thank you Zach and Joe for a job well done.
Zack is THE BEST!!! He came out for our door opener in our 30x50 building. He was Very polite, knowledgeable , and readily gave his opinion as to whether we should repair or replace the unit. I’m not hoping any of our other 3 openers break but if they do, he’ll be the first one we call!
This was a very positive experience. Zack was knowledgeable, fast, and even programmed my car for me AND fixed my warped garage door. I have always used Overhead Door but today’s install was exceptional!
They have super fast service!! The technician that came to my home was very knowledgeable and polite!
