They have the best food! When we stay downtown we will eat at the Red Star for breakfast, Lunch, and dinner. Menu changes regularly so there is always a nice surprise! So good!
First time visiting Portland and Red Star happens to be my hotel restaurant - so happy!! The garlic chickpea cakes are going down in the books as one of my top TWO favorite vegetarian meals, not the bland vegetarian dish you would expect. I will come back again during my four night stay just for this! Host greeted with a huge smile and very welcoming.
