Red Star Tavern gets my award for one of the best overlooked restaurants in Portland. The cooks and chefs are producing memorably delicious food and in a prime location, a short walk from Pioneer Square. You can't go wrong with the Oregon Greens, Arugula salad, or Roasted Beet salad.
