RecommendedRed tavern burger with egg and one with bacon... Absolutely delicious. Lemon drop was not to sweet but not too sour. Not acidic either very smooth first good lemon drop I've had. Also had their old fashioned was amazing. Waiter was attentive and pleasant, and intuitive, they could tell we came out for something(my birthday) and put us in a corner booth before we were asked. Thanks Red Star, I give you a gold star.
We went to Red Star with a large party. Our table service was awesome. We ordered Crown on the rocks. The waitstaff brought the drinks but it wasn’t Crown. When I went up to the bar and stated these were not Crown the bartender coped an attitude and said “I poured them, do you want to see the bottle”? I insisted they were not Crown. Come to find out they only serve Crown RYE, which is NOT Crown it’s Rye. This bartender was rude, and had poor customer service.
Good but expensive, two appetizers and two small craft beers $48.00.
Great beer, expensive food. Quality was great, but $50 for 2 - 12 oz beers and 2 starters?
Great food fast service. Water glass was never more then half empty.
